Nyonya Laksa

This dish is a fusion of Chinese noodles and Southeast Asian curries. Many agree that this concoction is like a “match made in heaven. It has a rich and creamy coconut-based noodle soup with broth made from chicken and prawns.

Nasi Kerabu

This visually appealing Malay rice dish served is with a melange of aromatic herbs and choice of protein. Perhaps the most striking feature of this dish is the blue rice colored naturally with bunga telang.

Satay

This marinated and perfectly grilled meat on a stick can be found throughout the country. It can be served with a delicious Peanut Sauce, cubes of Nasi Kunyit, and chunks of onions and cucumber.

Chee Cheong fen

The plain steamed rolled rice noodle has a light and soft texture, non-oily, and is served hot right from the steamer. We like to dress our chee cheong fun with fried shallots and white sesame seeds – delish!

Tandoori Chicken & Naan

The juicy tandoori chicken is marinated in turmeric, spices and yoghurt and cooked for hours in a traditional hollow tandoor oven, and usually served with a soft fluffy naan accompanied by sauces and garnishes.

Char Koay Teow

Char Koay Teow is one of the Top 5 Chinese noodle dishes in Penang and other cities in Malaysia. It is a dry noodle dish made from flat rice noodles which are stir-fried in a wok on a very high charcoal heat which gives it a lovely burnt smoky aroma.
